How Turnpage Digital Markets LLC collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your personal information when you visit our website or use our claims services.
Last updated September 20, 2026
Turnpage Digital Markets LLC ("Turnpage," "we," "us") is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. We buy and broker legal claims — class action, bankruptcy, litigation and similar rights to payment — and publish briefings about the cases behind them.
This policy explains what we collect when you visit turnpagedigital.com, submit a form, register a claim or transact with us; what we do with it; and the choices you have. It is not a contract, and reading it is not consent: where we need your consent — for marketing, advertising measurement or the chat widget — we ask for it separately, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Privacy questions and requests: [email protected]. Anything else: [email protected].
When you submit our contact form, register a claim, or correspond with us, we may collect:
When you visit our website we receive technical data, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and the dates and times of your visits. Our hosting and security provider uses this to serve the site and to tell people from bots.
We also record how you reached us. If you arrive from an advertisement or a referral partner's link, the campaign tags, the Google click identifier and the referral code in that link are stored in your browser for 90 days and sent with any form you submit, so that we can credit the right partner and measure our advertising.
We use what we collect for the purposes below. Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, the legal basis follows each purpose:
Some of our registration forms show an estimated offer as soon as you have entered the number of works you hold. That estimate is generated automatically from the figures you enter and our own pricing inputs. It is an indication, not a decision about you and not a final offer: a person at Turnpage reviews every submission before we make one.
If you upload a claim form, we send the document to Anthropic's Claude API, which reads the details off it so the form can fill itself in. You can correct anything it fills in, or skip the upload and type the details yourself. Anthropic states that inputs and outputs sent to its API are deleted within 30 days by default.
Before we buy a claim we have to know who we are buying it from. Verification runs through Sumsub: you provide your identity document and the other evidence it asks for to Sumsub directly, under its own privacy notice, and it reports the outcome to us. We also ask for proof of address and the appropriate tax form. We keep the verification result and the documents we are required to retain.
Essential storage: we keep your language choice and your cookie choices in your browser, and — if you log in to the admin or partner portal — a signed session cookie. Our security provider sets what it needs to tell a person from a bot on our forms. These are necessary for the site to work.
Storage that needs your consent: Google Ads conversion measurement and the Brevo chat widget load only after you agree to them in the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time using the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer.
Opting out: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as a refusal of everything optional, without asking. The "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer is also where you opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
The advertising and referral information described in section 2.2 is stored in your browser, not in a cookie, and is sent to us only when you submit a form.
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not hand it to anyone to use for their own marketing. We share it with:
We are in the United States and so are most of our service providers, so your information is processed there. If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or another place with transfer rules, we rely on the transfer mechanisms our service providers have put in place — for example the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses — where those rules require one.
If you contact us and we do not end up transacting, we keep your inquiry and the documents you sent for as long as we may reasonably need them — to pick up a renewed inquiry, and to deal with any dispute about what was said — and then delete them.
If you sell us a claim, we keep the transaction records — the agreement, the assignment, identity verification records and payment records — for as long as anti-money-laundering, tax and accounting rules require, and for as long as the claim or the transaction could still be questioned.
Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent, and for a period afterwards to show that we honoured the withdrawal.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires. If you think we have handled your information badly, you can also complain to your data protection authority — in the European Economic Area your national supervisory authority, and in the United Kingdom the Information Commissioner's Office.
We protect your information with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls that limit who at Turnpage and among our providers can reach it, and the security features of the platforms we use. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please send us only what the matter actually requires.
Our services are meant for adults and are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will promptly delete it.
We update this policy as the business changes. When we do, we post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. Where a change matters to you — a new purpose, or a new kind of sharing — we will tell you directly if we can, and where the law requires consent we will ask for it. Continuing to use the site does not by itself mean you have agreed to a change.
