Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to read what we publish and to use the forms on this site, including people who browse with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or captions, and people who would rather have as little movement on screen as possible.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across turnpagedigital.com. We are not there on every page yet, and the limitations we know about are set out below.
What we have improved
- Keyboard access. Pages open with a "Skip to content" link, and we have worked to make the navigation, cards and forms reachable and operable with a keyboard alone.
- Focus visibility. A visible focus outline follows the keyboard through links, buttons and form fields, on light and dark backgrounds alike.
- Contrast. Body text, small print and form labels were re-checked against the backgrounds they sit on, including the neon and photographic panels, and adjusted where they did not clear the AA contrast ratio.
- Motion. Animations, card flips and hover effects are reduced or switched off when your device asks for reduced motion. The video behind our page headers is silent and decorative, and nothing on the site plays sound on its own.
- Structure. Each page carries one main heading with the rest in order, real links rather than click handlers, and labelled form fields, so a screen reader can move through a page in a sensible order.
Known limitations
- Some steps run on other companies' services. Identity verification is handled by Sumsub, and the official settlement materials we link to are published by settlement administrators and the courts. We cannot fix accessibility problems inside those services, but we can complete the same step with you by email or by phone.
- Court filings and other PDFs we link to are produced by others and are often scanned images with no text layer.
- Some older briefings contain wide tables that need horizontal scrolling on a small screen.
- Where a page is offered in another language, some interface text is still in English.
- We have not yet completed a full independent audit against WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Telling us about a barrier
If anything here is hard or impossible to use, email [email protected], or use the contact form, and tell us which page you were on and what happened. You do not need to know the technical reason. We will reply, we will fix what we can, and in the meantime we will offer another way to do the same thing, including completing any step of a claim sale with a person by email or over the phone.
